The Golden Pearls 2023
The bouquet is very clear, legible and precise, in keeping with the overall image of Loïc Veillard's wines. Harmony is the common thread running through the bouquet, with a fine ability for the different components to complement each other. On the palate, the wine benefits from the dynamism of malic acid. It has character but also a certain fullness and is a wine to be enjoyed with a meal, for example with fish from Lake Neuchâtel.
