Harmony is the common thread running through the bouquet, with a fine ability for the different components to complement each other. On the palate, the wine benefits from the dynamism of malic acid. It has character but also a certain fullness and is a wine to be enjoyed with a meal, for example with fish from Lake Neuchâtel.
